About Plumb LLC
Plumb Contracting, Plumb Building and Plumb Land Management make up a Western North Carolina contracting, consulting and land services brand operated by Plumb LLC, a North Carolina licensed general contractor.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience in mountain building, remodeling, repair and site work, founder Nute Nicholson understands what it takes to build and maintain property in Western North Carolina. From access and drainage to foundations, septic, repairs and construction, Plumb looks at each project from the ground up.
The current emphasis is on land-based projects: site work, drainage, septic, driveways, excavation, storm repair, fire mitigation and property access. Plumb also continues to accept select residential and commercial clients for all phases of building, remodeling, repair and construction coordination.
Built for WNC
Water, slope, soil, access, wastewater, foundations, trees and long-term use all work together. When one piece is missed, the whole project can become more expensive. Building from the ground up is imperative in WNC.
Whether the job is preparing land, correcting drainage, repairing storm damage, building from the ground up or improving an existing structure, the goal is simple: clear communication, practical planning, quality work and solutions that last.
Water, slope, soil, access, wastewater, foundations, trees and long-term use all work together. Plumb looks at all of it.
